A Yummy Sunday Dinner

I wanted to share with you this simple recipe for the best roast lamb ever. I'm not usually a fan of lamb, but I tried this recipe at Easter and the meat was so good, we decided to have it again. This time, Husband cooked it, and again it was delicious. We had it served with roast potatoes, home grown roast parsnips, home grown purple carrots, and home made gravy.
